Patricia “Patty” Jean Scott, 79 of McDonald, passed peacefully on Thursday, October 23, 2025. 

She was born on January 4, 1946 in Pittsburgh; a daughter of John and Martha Yoho.

Patricia was a 1963 Fort Cherry graduate. She worked as a LPN from 1975 to 1982 and became a RN in 1982. She worked for over 30 years at St. Clair Hospital where she retired in 2015. She was a devoted and well loved nurse who dedicated her career to caring for her patients in a kind and gentle way.

Patricia loved watching football, spending time with her sons on the porch, she enjoyed time with her daughter-in-law and spending cherished time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

On March 20, 1965, she married Lawrence K. Scott Sr., who passed on October 16, 2019. 

Surviving are two children Larry (Terri) Scott and John (Savannah) Scott; five grandchildren who she adored, Bryan (Ronna) Scott, Jennifer Schneider, Tiffany Scott, Haydenn, and Savannah Scott; three great-grandchildren Quinn, Jayce, and Greyson Schneider.

Deceased are four siblings, Ralph and Darryl Daudet, Robert Yoho, and Gladys Zombeck. 

Family will receive friends on Monday, October 27, 2025. from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Graff-Nation Funeral and Cremation Service LLC. 220 E. Lincoln Ave. McDonald, PA. 15057. A service to celebrate her life will take place immediately following visitation on Monday at 8PM. Memorial contributions are suggested to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
