Michelle Cunningham

Michelle Cunningham, age 51, passed Tuesday, July 7, 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born August 22, 1974 in Washington, PA.; a daughter of Robert and Marie L. Daniels Strike who survives. 

Michelle was a graduate of Fort Cherry High School class of 1992. She received her Bachelor's degree from Bethany College and her masters at Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH. Michelle  worked for Fed Ex Corporation in the Human Resources department.

On August 8, 1998 she married, Seann S. Cunningham, who survives.

Michelle was a member of St. Isidore the Farmer Parish where she did volunteer work for  CCD for a time. She was a Collector of Longaberger baskets and Beannie Babies. she enjoyed watching the play Wicked, watching it many times with her friends. Her biggest joy was her two sons. She attended all of their activities, whether it was sporting events or club activities, even participating when she could. She loved boating and spending time at Deep Creek lake.

Surviving in addition to her parents and husband are two sons, Logan S. and Dylan S. Cunningham; a sister, Christina Strike, and a brother, Brian Strike. All services are private. A celebration of life will be held at Grist House Command in the large event space from 12-4PM on August 22.
