Katherine J. Onstott, 59, of Midway, died Saturday, May 4, 2013 at the Washington Hospital.
She was born April 19, 1954 in Oil City, and was a homemaker.
On April 16, 2011, she married Dane L. Onstott, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Sgt. Robert Henevich of Hawaii and Bruce Henevich of Waynesburg.
A private Passing Over ceremony will be held at a future date by the American Indians.
