She was born December 4, 1965 in Pittsburgh; a daughter of Ronald and Virginia Lee Liba Harding.
Jenny worked in the produce department at Giant Eagle in McDonald for many years.
Surviving is a cousin, Stephenia “Stella” Carter, of McKees Rocks.
