David L. Phillips

David L. Phillips, age 66, of Oakdale, North Fayette Twp. passed June 25, 2026 in St. Augustine FL.

He was born March 13, 1960 in Pittsburgh; a son of Raymond and Dorothy Randour Phillips.

David was a graduate of Ravenna High School in Ohio and the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics where he earned his Associates Degree. 

For 43 years, David worked at the Pittsburgh International Airport as an Aircraft Mechanic for US Airways and American Airlines. He took great pride in his work.

On June 15, 1985 he married Patricia Rich, who survives.

For two decades, David was a longtime Assistant coach for the Fort Cherry Little Rangers and Fort Cherry Varsity football teams. He was a member of St. Isidore the Farmer Parish in McDonald and loved golfing, spending time at the beach, and with his four grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two children Sara (Ryan) Reilly, and David (Alexa) Phillips; four grandchildren, Jackson and Amelia Reilly and Blaire and Benjamin Phillips.

Deceased, in addition to his parents, is a brother Jeff Phillips.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 2, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Graff-Nation Funeral and Cremation Service, 220 E. Lincoln Ave. McDonald, PA. 15057. A Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 10:30AM in St Isidore the Farmer Parish, St. Alphonsus Worship site, 219 W. Lincoln Ave. McDonald, PA. 15057. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Isidore the Farmer Parish. Interment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery will be private.
