Antoinette J. "Toni" Kozlowski age 77, passed peacefully at home on June 13, 2025.
She was born April 24, 1948; a daughter of Rosalie A. Truchan Koza.
Toni was a graduate of West Allegheny High School class of 1966. She was a registered nurse at John J. Kane hospital in the North Hills.
Antoinette was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Oakdale.
Surviving is good friend Carrie Marr and many friends who she cherished.
Deceased is a brother Gregory A. Kozlowski
Toni will be entombed at Resurrection Cemetery in Moon Twp.
